Barbadoes real estate agency announced it has bought a $3,8 million home for its new owners.
Barbados property agency said the home was bought by BABRADOS REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATES, Inc. for $3 million in July.
“This is a landmark acquisition for our company, BABRIAS, and a great asset to the Barbadoo community,” said Chris Tressell, president and CEO of Barbadoos Real Estate.
“We are excited to have a home in the heart of Barbaloo City, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in the country.”
The purchase of the home comes on the heels of the Barbalos realtor announcing the purchase of a $1.8 million house for its current owners, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
The home, located in the town of Barbella, was purchased for $1 million by Tressel’s son, Rob, and his wife, Nicole.
The purchase will be a boon for the Tressels’ new business.
“The purchase gives us a chance to start an organization that can help Barbaloos residents and business owners find the best and most affordable housing in the area,” Treschel said.
Barbalos Realestate was founded in 2016 and is an agency for real estate and real estate investment.
It operates two office buildings, a luxury hotel and a condominium complex.
It also has offices in Miami and Orlando.
Barbaros Real estate agents, who represent more than 2,300 Barbaloss residents, also offer housing, tax advice and other services.
