The Omaha home we’re discussing today is a house built by a man named Michael A. Roth.
It’s a two-bedroom house in a neighborhood that’s known for its affordable homes.
Michael Roth is the owner of Roth Real Estate, a brokerage that specializes in buying and selling real estate.
Roth says the house was one of his first investments in Omaha, and it’s been a success.
He says his first two purchases, in the 1950s and 1960s, were all on the West Side.
“I think it was actually the first real estate in Omaha I ever bought,” Roth said.
“And I was a little naive at that point in time.”
In addition to being able to sell the house for $3,934, Roth also made a profit from selling it to someone who lived there for three years, and who then passed it on to his family.
The Roths say that even though the house has been sitting in the same location for more than 40 years, the buyer still felt it belonged to him.
So what did the buyer do?
“Well, he called the seller and he asked for a deposit of $500, and the seller said, ‘Oh, you want me to take it off your hands?'”
Roth says the buyer then contacted the city, which gave the Roths a deed.
Now, Roth and his wife, Amy, are trying to sell their house on Airbnb.
They say that they need to pay the $3 million down payment to buy the house, and they need $4,400 to build it.
Amy says they have a loan from their parents, who have lived in the house.
For a lot of people, the house is their life.
And the Roth family is just one of many Omahaans who have used Airbnb.
According to data from real estate website Zillow, more than 1,600 homes are being rented out to guests in Omaha every month.
